Morris Williams Tournament Specifics

Morris Williams pairings are now available.

All players should be at the course, signed in and ready to play at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

Steve Barnes, Steven Leonard and Scott Preece will be the Directors in charge of this event, assisted by Eddie Nunez.  Please direct tournament day questions or concerns to them. 

FORMAT:  Medal Play

1st TEE TIME:  10:32

TRASH FLIGHT CARRY-OVER:  No Carry Over in either Trash Flight this event.

CLOSE TO PIN HOLES:  1st Trash Flight - #3 & #12;    2nd Trash Flight - #8 & #14

CTGA CHALLENGE HOLES:  #7 and #16.

Morris Williams has no dress code.  However, CTGA requests all players to dress consistent with upscale country club dress requirements.  They are a Soft Spike facility.

SATURDAY WEATHER FORECAST:   Mid to high 50, sunny and mild breeze for the event.  If the weather does turn bad, we’ll will send a note on both REMIND and email after 9:00 Saturday morning.  If conditions aren’t favorable and you don’t hear from us, call me at 512-797-0566 after 9:00.

Lions results are now available.

 Mother Nature continues to bless us with great winter weather and Morris Williams looks to be the same.

·         Closest Par 3 shots of the day:

1st Trash Flight:  Jay Ahmed – 3’ 8” on #17

2nd Trash Flight:  Greg DeGrazia – 2’ 7” on #13

·         And lastly, Gary Stevens with the only Deuce in the 2nd Trash Flight.  A great payout with a Carry Over and large field.  Way to go, Gary!!!!!
