Jimmy Clay Results

Jimmy Clay results are now available.

  • CTGA welcomed New Members JUSTIN McKINNEY and PATRICK ROSENTHAL to our Jimmy Clay tournament.
  • Final touches for our 2014 calendar year tournament schedule are being made now and we expect to send it out to all members before our final tournament on December 21.

After Friday and Saturday’s miserable weather, it was a bit surprising that only 5 players decide not to venture out yesterday. However, 36 did brave the elements and were rewarded for their persistence. Our first 4-5 holes were cold, the next 4-5 saw at least one layer of clothing come off, and by the middle of the back 9, it was almost perfect.

Congratulations to our Flight winners….

  • 1st Flight: Michael Holzmeister (72/71) won a Scorecard Playoff over Brian Melnyk (77/71) with a Back 9 Net of 36 to Brian’s 38
  • 2nd Flight: Joe Booth (75/60)
  • 3rd Flight: Paul McCarty (81/63)
  • 4th Flight: Justin McKinney (95/65)

Also, special Kudos to….

  • Michael Holzmeister for his Low Gross 72
  • Joe Booth for his amazing Low Net 60
  • Erik Rudi for his Eagle 3 on hole #7
  • Phillip Villegas for winning 3 of the 5 Skins and the only Deuce in the 3nd Trash Flight
  • And finally to Michael Holzmeister again for taking the time to video players as they played hole #18.
