Flights

Good evening all. This is Jebadiah Bera. I was just wanting to get some clarification on what happened last week with the Jimmy Clay tournament. When I we finished on 18 we had 4 flights still up on the board and then it was changed to 3 flights. I know some people dropped out and I understand there are inherant challenges with setting the groups but I was wondering why things changed back to 3. Even with the drop outs, there still should have been a financial obligation from those players so that shouldnt have been an issue. I just was curious why that happened.
